This is the first As of the type that I know of!
The corresponding dupondius is rare: only two specimens in my die catalogue of 1972, namely in Paris and Vienna. I have acquired a third specimen in the meantime, but can't find it right away for comparison.
Another type that might be expected on middle bronzes of Septimius in 193, asses and/or dupondii: LIBERAL AVG (TR P) COS, Liberalitas standing, so far recorded on sestertii, aurei, and denarii only.
