I think the coin likely to be a mint mule rather than a plated ancient counterfeit, since I have noted two other examples which looked official. One with head laureate r. on obverse, like Leonard's example, offered by CGB in Paris in April 2014, 3.34g. The second with bust laureate, but fold of cloak on front shoulder and wrapped around neck at back, shown on Forvum by Frans Diederick in Jan. 2017.
