I've bought this little coin some days ago:

Obv: IMP C POSTVMVS P F AVG, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right.
Rev: SAECVLO FRVGIFERO, winged caduceus.

17 mm - 4,30 gr - dark patina
RIC 84 - Elmer 381

My doubt is: official or not?
I think it's a production of a local mint because of it looks like this piece (from Jacquiers Auction n. 42):
