I need expert opinion

My new coin in collection.Can someone give opinion about grading.It is Pulcheria coin, and my opinion is that coin is Vf or eventualy XF with some outcentering.Can be cleaned more, but even in this grade is readable and detailed.
I would be much thankfull if i can hear opinions, grade and value.

Grading this kind of late little bronzes with such a rough style is in my opinion a non sense, it should be simply described as well centered with incomplete legend on a short flan, with rather well preserved relief and above all very rare. (RIC 427, rarity R4)
However, if I had to grade your pictures...  

If authentic (it seems to me, but as you are certainly aware, many forgeries appear on the market for these coins easy to counterfeit) take a look at these 2 coins sold in auction houses
